On Sunday Rai encouraged us to put our trust in God because he is our firm foundation and the rock on which we stand.

Rai shares:
I really felt encouraged to encourage myself and encourage us together in the Lord. What I felt as we were singing that song, that word, ‘foundation’ and I want to encourage you, wherever you are, whatever you're experiencing this morning, whether it's the sinking sands or whether it's the stormy weather or whether it's the waves that are trying to knock you around and life becomes like that sometimes. However, this morning, I want to remind you that you are standing upon the rock. You are on a firm foundation and that foundation cannot be destroyed, it cannot be unpicked, it cannot be altered in any way because it's firm and it's Christ Jesus. We're standing on Christ Jesus this morning, so let's be encouraged by that. If you are struggling this morning, whatever it might be, I want to encourage you that Jesus is your rock this morning, and we want to give space for you to declare that in your heart and audibly as we continue to worship in a little while. So be encouraged this morning, you stand upon the rock of the Lord Jesus Christ.
