How Far Will You Go?

As we come to the end of our time of worship, this whole distance thing which we talked about at the beginning of the meeting, started me thinking about the idea of going zero miles to 100 miles.

There’s a song you know – 1,000 miles how far will we go? How far would I go seeking after, chasing after God? I wonder where that, fits for you? How far will you go? I think there’s a question there. How far will you go, chasing after God, to serve God?

For some of you, it might be moving house, some of you it might be changing nations. For some it could be simply knocking on the neighbours door. I really feel that today we’ve been talking about being closer to God, may be even the fact that I might be some of that fruit that fell on the floor which Rai was talking about in the prophetic picture he brought earlier. It’s actually that God’s got a purpose even for the fruit that fell to the floor, that the seeds will grow and bear fruit of their own.

“The fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree”... There are so many proverbs that are talking to our lives from picking us up from where we have been or where we are today, because God has a real purpose for you, and it will be an amazing journey and it’s calling you this morning go and do things for Him! You don’t feel worthy, you don’t feel strong enough.

I feel God is reaching out to you this morning and saying “that’s because I’m strong enough, God’s saying He is strong enough, to take you, take you, take you on the journey he has planned for you, for His glory and His fruitfulness in your life. Hallelujah, thank you – just settle that in your hearts before we move on.
