So you're joining us for Devoted this year but you've got no idea how you are going to fit all the camping equipment, chairs, tables & food you've got into your car and still be comfortable? 

Don't worry, we're hiring a van to assist in getting all sorts of equipment to Devoted - as well as the marquee and some additional chairs we'll have space for your equipment so you don't need to overload your car! 

On Wednesday 26th August you will be able to drop off your equipment to be loaded into the van. There will be a drop off location in Derby & in Burton.

This year we're asking you to complete a quick online form to let us know what you would like add to the van and when & where you will be dropping this off at the van.

You can drop your equipment in a pre-selected time slot between: 1000-1800hrs

The drop off will be situated in the rear car park at the Church Office:

Can't Make The Time Slots?
If you cannot make the time slots or you can't make the date please can you contact us immediately to confirm other arrangements.

Pick Up
Pick up will take place on Monday evening from the church office & Burton. Times TBC confirmed. If you won't be able to pick up on Monday evening please let us know as soon as possible.

If you do not fill out a response form or contact us directly to make alternative arrangements we will assume that you do not need to use the van!
