All of our teaching is now available as audio podcasts from a variety of providers. A podcast is "a program (as of music or talk) made available in digital format for automatic download over the Internet"*.

Bascially it's a simple way of subscribing to listen to our audio teaching content. You can catch up on recent and archived content and if you subscribe or follow us you can get updates when the latest teaching becomes available. 

At the moment our teaching content is available via the following podcast providers:

Spotify 
TuneIn

We may be able to add our content to other streaming services in the future. Get in touch if you are using a different podcast host and we'll see if we can get an account with them.
