We asked Tim what he'd want us to pray for as our young people head of to Newday next week... Newday hasn't taken place since summer 2019 so 2022 has been a long time coming! Here's what Tim asked us to prayer for:

* For salvation in our group and on site generally for greater impact this year! Matthew 18:12

* For our young people to have the noise of everyday life turned down, in comparison to the presence of the Lord. That they may leave being comfortable to be still and know that He is God, He is there Father, He is their Lord. Psalm 46:10

* For Sandeep & team as they host the 12-14s, Sandeep is helping to lead this age group during the week and will also be speaking

* For God to enable our most distractible to pay great attention.

* For great fellowship and to be one in heart and mind. Acts 4.32

* For revelation that inspires our young people to change their spiritual diet.

* For the energy for our leaders. Isaiah 40.30-31.

* For the Newday One Team (servers & speakers)

* To be a blessing to the local community.

* Safety on the road and on site. 

* That we would need no trips to the doctors/hospital.

* That the site would be protected from sickness bugs / COVID.

* For us all to return with a deeper relationship with Jesus

* For us to remember all the kit we need to make it safe and fun - it feels like it's been a while!
