On Sunday 20 March we had the priviledge of having Steve Hurd as our guest speaker. Steve spoke on the subject of The Power of An Invitation. 

Steve is a great friend of Jubilee and serves on the Church Growth & Evangelism Initiative team for ChristCentral. Steve is part of the team which serves The Ark Church Huddersfield and is one of the elders there. 

Steve and Ruth moved to Huddersfield to start a new church plant in 2010. Previously they lived in York for 11 years, where Steve was the lead elder of York City Church. Moving to Huddersfield was a response to believing that God was calling them to be involved in planting a church that would plant other churches across West Yorkshire and beyond.

Steve and Ruth love walking in the countryside around Huddersfield and enjoying Huddersfield’s classical music scene!
