The Theme
Couples come in all varieties: from wildly romantic to completely platonic; from magical and mysterious to business-like, matter-of-fact, working partnerships; from the caring-and-sharing to the out-and-out warring... This years Darley Park Concert explores the full breadth of the theme through a sparkling selection of tunes, with connections explained and pieces introduced by returning conductor James Holmes, joined for vocal selections by soloists Oliver Johnston (tenor), Rosalind Coad (soprano) and members of the Big Adventures Youth Theatre Company.
