Derby City Mission have a full-time job opportunity for a debt and benefit adviser within the Jubilee Debt Clinic project. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to support some of the poorest, the most marginalised and vulnerable in our city. The team are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work on their own iniative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is able to listen and work professionally and courteously with a wide range of people including external agencies. 

Derby City Mission is expecting our nation to experience, what has been described by some as a tsunami of debt due to the pandemic. We are therefore trusting that God will prompt the right person to respond to this vacancy within the project in preparation to face this impact in our own city. 

DCM would also appreciate your prayers for the Jubilee Debt team as they navigate through the challenges the pandemic has provided, including a dramatic increase in the need for food bank and other support for those in financial difficulties.
