Graham continues our look at the subject of race and diversity. This week also features an interview with Tholoana Mabelane (Tee) who has been part of Jubilee for a number of years, who shares some of her perspective with us.

Tee's Top Tips:
Loving well - be specific for that individual, be present for that individual (e.g. prefix the conversation!)
Humble yourself - say, I don’t have all the answers!
Be genuine - don’t fall into tokenism
Build genuine friendship
Be willing to say, I’m sorry
Be open to being corrected
Keep asking, keep going
