An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced RMN to join Derby City as part of an integrated service for the homeless.

This post will be based at St Andrews House, London Road, Derby, DE1 2SX.

The post involves the provision of mental health care or assessment to service users in the city who will be homeless or rootless. The post holder will liaise closely with GP's and Consultants and signpost clients to the most appropriate agencies.
