Transform Asia

Thank you very much for your support of TransformAsia. Words cannot express enough of our gratitude for your love and your concern for the people and nation of Cambodia. And the Lord said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercyon whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion,” (Isaiah 30:18).

Dietrich Bonhoeffer also said, “We must learn to regard people less in the light of what they do or omit to do, and more in the light of what they suffer.” These words speak of you who share your concerns and our vision to help people in Cambodia of all ages, especially those young ones who are preparing for their future. With this much to say, Randa and I, along with two of our senior staff had the privilege to go to India to make connections with various ministries there. Our most important visit was to the Bible College and Seminary to see if we can enroll some of our future leaders in their programs so that they can better serve in Cambodia when they complete their studies.

We were also privileged to have a retired friend spend 7 weeks with us to help do renovations and rebuild our churches in Anlong Veng and Battambang. This man is named Mickie Lee. His career was as a manager at various state parks in the United States. He utilized his skills in craftsmanship to lead and teach our young college students how to fix things from plumbing to woodworking while doing the entire renovation of our church buildings to meet our needs today and the near future. We at TransformAsia are very appreciative of Mickie and his willingness to use his talents, energy and time with us. We are also thankful to Andy Anderson and Christy Wing for their continued counsel alongside with Mickie to make sure our new projects are going smoothly.

Prayer Requests:

-Safety as Setan and Randa travel

-For all of our staff-for safety and good health

-For many opportunities for Setan and the board to share about TA with others around the U.S., and the world!
