We asked Tim what he'd want us to pray for as our young people head of to Newday next week...here's what he said:

Salvation in our group. There is one person. Lord, go after the one.  Matthew 18.12

Salvation on the site. The numbers are often similar from year to year. Let this be a year when we bring an offering into the storehouse upon which the Lord opens the floodgates of heaven. Malachi 3.10

For our young people to have the noise of everyday life turned down in comparison to the presence of the Lord.
Let them leave being comfortable to be still and know He is God, He is their Father, He is their Lord. Psalm 46.10.

Youth Alpha will be running training over the week. Let this crystallise and confirm their understanding of their faith, equip them to give a reason for the hope they have- 1 Peter 3.15 and to inspire them to share the gospel.  That this would be another source of growth in our churches.

To enable our most distractable to pay great attention.

For great fellowship and to be one in heart and mind Acts 4.32

For revelation that inspires our young people to change their spiritual diet. 

For the stamina of leaders Isaiah 40.30-31.

For Sandeep particularly on Wednesday as he speaks on the Love of God.

To be a blessing to the local community.

Safety on the road and on site.

That we would need no trips to the doctors/hospital.

That the site would be protected from sickness bugs.
