This year we celebrate the 5th Big Asda Sleepout 2017 in aid of Derby Churches Nightshelter. Last year over 70 people took part, we managed to raise a substantial amount of money to help the nightshelter. Derby Churches will be running the nightshelter to be ready this winter to meet the urgent need for safe overnight accommodation for Derby’s homeless.

The 5TH Big Asda Sleepout 2017 - Friday 20TH October - 7pm-7am @ Asda Carpark
The 5th Asda Big Sleepout 2017 will be here before you know it. For the past few years Asda Derby have held a sleepout in the store carpark to raise funds to support Derby Churches Nightshelter part of Derby City Mission (charity number 1140235).

We are looking for volunteers to take part in this year’s sleepout. Dust off your sleeping bags and thermals and join us.

We are also want to raise awareness and some funds by holding three events prior to the Sleepout:

7th Oct | We would like to organise a Bag pack at Asda

12th Oct | We are looking for volunteers to take a shift holding our collection a bucket at Asda

14th Oct | We would like to put out a stall and sell cakes. If you can help us by manning the stall or baking some cakes that would be great.
