Thank you for all you do for TransformAsia. Randa and I are grateful to the Lord for you and the love you give us. Heavenly Father, we thank You for being the God of every blessing, the fount of every joy, and the source of everything good! Jesus, we know it is in Your heart to bless the lives of Your children; and as Your child, they desire to bless others. Lord enrich our dear ones with your abundant grace and multiply their resources as they share Your love through their lives.
June is a very busy month for us. Our entire TransformAsia team is working hard to prepare for our annual rice distributions which are from June 26 to July 17, and our 25th anniversary of ministry in Cambodia that will be held on July 25th in the capital, Phnom Penh. Please pray for our board members and family who will be traveling around Cambodia to visit our centers, while also joining the 25th Celebration. We rejoice in all that the Lord is doing for us.
Meanwhile, during this month, Randa and I have the privilege to visit our ministry partners in Canada, Colorado, Fredericksburg and San Antonio, Texas. We are so blessed to be able to spend a good amount of time with our first and only granddaughter, and our children while in Colorado.
“May the Lord bless you and protect you.May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace,” Numbers 6:24-26.

When Pol Pot was coming to take over our country, I was not even born yet. My parents were serving in the Khmer Rouge army. My mother gave birth to me when Pol Pot’s army was beginning to be defeated by the Vietnamese in the 1980’s.
I grew up during the civil war, constantly on the run from the Vietnamese forces. While living and growing up with my parents, all I experienced was bitterness and turmoil. My parents were fighting everyday until my dad died of gun wounds.
I continued to live with my mother until we escaped to live in a refugee camp in Thailand. Initially, our family was well protected until my mother re-married with my step-father. The turmoil returned to my life once again. My mother and I were severely abused by my step-father.
After the UN did their repatriation of the Cambodian refugees back to their homeland, my family and I settled in Anlong Veng. While there, our village chief moved me out of my family and placed me in three different women shelters. At the last women shelter (TransformAsia’s New Development Center), is where I met Jesus. The staff and other girls encouraged me not to make any wrong choices, because I battled with suicidal thoughts, but to put my trust in Jesus. They told me that Jesus was a true living God and He will never fail you.
One day, one of the ladies was giving her testimony, tears were forming in my eyes uncontrollably and our good Lord convicted my heart to give my life to Himself. Since I was saved, my life has never been the same anymore. God continues to mold me and make me and give me a lot of joys and peace that surpass my understanding.
I love to share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those that I meet. I have been working at the New Development Center for the last 6-7 years. My main responsibilities are to keep the guesthouse clean and to help out at the Center’s kitchen after my main job is done. As God’s servant, I learn to forgive and give hands to those that are in need. I thank the Lord for a safe home and for caring for my life.
Rice Distribution
Please pray for the preparations for this years annual rice distribution, which is helped by the Musicianiaries and Positive Life Radio. This year will be almost a month long, with two teams joining us. Pray for the teens who will be performing at each distribution. Pray that they will truly understand the powerful meaning of the play.
Pray for the people who we will meet this year, that the true Gospel will be shared--Jesus and Him alone! Pray that the lives we touch will be transformed.
Pray for those who are traveling from the US will be a blessing to the Cambodians and all who they meet while spending their time in Cambodia.
And please pray for finances, that the Lord will continue to provide so that we can help everyone, and will not have to turn any way.
Thank you!
