Derby City Mission is a registered charity (1140235) looking to recruit for several posts:

Overnight Project Workers (Team Leaders, Support Workers and Bank Staff) to work as part of our Night Shelter Project, which will be in its fourth year.

You will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of all homeless guests sleeping in the church venues through the night from 9.45pm–8am. The persons appointed will be enthusiastic, committed and will have empathy with our vision.

Closing Date: 17:00hrs Friday 2nd September 2016

Interviews will be held: Tuesday 20th September and Thursday 22nd September 2016

If successful training will take place in Oct and Nov which you will be paid for

Post will be Tuesday 1st Dec 2016 - 31st March 2017

DCM Food Coordinator (Flexible-Part Time) to work with nightshelter and basics bank warehouse

You will be responsible for the oversight of our food bank, donations and distribution, as well as during the nightshelter period assisting the project manager with oversight of all food related areas
