Cine Supper
Join the student team at QUAD on Thursday 18th March 2010 for a meal and film at QUAD Derby.
We are planning to watch the film "Crazy Heart" starring Jeff Bridges for which he has won a number of awards.
We'll meet at QUAD for 7.15pm to eat and then watch the 8.35pm showing of the film.
The ticket price is £10 (concessions) or £11 (others) which includes the film and a main course in the QUAD's Cafe.

Night of Prayer
As the year continues, we want to place new emphasis on the importance of prayer. Join us to pray into all areas in the life of the church at the York Suite, Aston Court Hotel, Midland Road, between 7.30pm and midnight on Friday 26th March. There will be a break in the middle of the evening between 9.30 and 10pm.

Everything Conference
"The Earth is the Lord's and everything in it." - Psalm 24v1.
Everything - not just the ‘sacred' elements of culture, but everything - belongs to God. As His people, we are called to get involved and have a positive influence on society. Whatever area we find ourselves in, there is the potential to glorify God.
The Everything conference aims to equip Christians to make a difference and to transform culture. With seminar tracks on work, community, the mind and the arts, this will be an exciting event not to be missed.
The conference will take place at the Mosaic Church, Leeds, between 10am and 4.30pm, at a cost of £12 (£8 concessions).

City Vision Celebration
Derby City Vision Celebration - an evening of worship and prayer at St. Alkmund's Church on Kedleston Road, Derby. Join with Christians from right across Derby as we gather to worship God and pray for our City. An offering will be taken during the evening to help launch Healing on the Streets in Derby.

When Heaven invades Earth Conference
Hosted by North Kent Community Church at the River Centre, Tonbridge, Bill Johnson will be the main speaker at this conference.
Bill is the senior pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California and is being used by God to demonstrate the reality that Heaven is invading earth and the realities of Heaven are overcoming the realities of this world.

Together on a Mission 2010
Together on a Mission is an annual gathering of 5,000 delegates from 50 nations for inspiring teaching, worship and ministry. All are welcome! Held in Brighton, UK, the event comprises two conferences which combine for some sessions:
Leadership International for those with a leadership role in church and Mobilise for students and twenties.

Newday 2010
Newday 2010 takes place at the Norfolk Showground, just outside Norwich. It's for young people, primarily those aged 12-19.
Each day you can spend time worshipping God, listening to teaching from the Bible and praying together in the main meetings. In the smaller seminars you can choose from a wide range of topics and issues and learn how to apply God's word to the way we live.
You will also have the chance to put God's love into action in the local community, with lots of outreach and social action projects into Norwich and parts of Norfolk, and of course there are loads of opportunities to relax and make new friends in the cafes, through the sports programmes or at the live gigs.

Calling the City to pray
Calling the City to pray - a day of prayer and fasting for the City of Derby at New Life Christian Centre, Normanton Road, Derby. This City Vision prayer & fasting day will run from 10am - 4pm.
God told Jeremiah to "seek the peace and prosperity of the city" and to "pray to the Lord for it." God is certainly stirring us to pray more for our City, so we invite you to come and join with Christians from churches right across Derby as we pray and fast for our City.
