Leadership Team
Jubilee Church is led by a leadership team including two Elders and 4 other leaders who together oversee church life. This team is led by Graham Pyman, who works full time for the church.
Graham Pyman - Lead Elder
Graham is married to Sarah, and they have 3 young children. He leads the leadership team and also serves on the Newfrontiers North UK Core Team. He is a Director of Derby City Mission and a Governor of Ridgeway School in Littleover. Before working full-time for Jubilee, he was the General Manager of a company specialising in church sound and audio-visual systems. You can check out his blog at www.grahampyman.com
John Batten - Elder
John is married to Julie and they have 3 married children and 3 grandchildren. He is a Senior Management Trainer for Morrison's supermarkets. John leads our team of Trustees, oversees our Youth Work and together with Julie runs the church's Marriage Course.
Adam Civval
Adam is married to Rachel and has a young daughter. He is the Digital Director of Greendog Media, a creative digital agency based in Derby. Adam leads one of the worship bands and is part of the Sunday morning team at Jubilee.
Rai Dass
Rai is married to Baksho and they are of Indian descent, they have 3 children in their early twenties. He is a Production Supervisor for a Caterpillar company named Progress Rail in the manufacture of railway. Rai serves on the Welcome and Set Up teams.
Kevin Gill
Kevin is married to Melanie and they have three daughters. Kevin works for The Faith Hope and Enterprise Company providing supported housing and mentoring to a range of disadvantaged people. You can read his blog here.
Tim Hardman
Tim is married to Jenny and they have 2 daughters. He is a Speech & Language Therapist working in rehabilitation. Tim leads Rezound, the youth work at Jubilee and is also part of our worship team.
Staff Team
David Ash
David is married to Katherine. He works full time as the Administrator for Jubilee Church, overseeing Admin, Communications and Events. He is currently co-ordinating our Alpha Course.
