Leadership
Jubilee Church is led by a team of three elders – Graham Pyman, John Batten and Matt Waring. Graham leads this team and works full-time for the church. Together, they oversee the church and work with a number of other leaders who are responsible for different areas of church life.
Graham Pyman
Graham is married to Sarah, and they have two daughters, Lydia and Keziah and a son, Reuben. Graham leads the leadership team and is responsible for most of the preaching and leadership development. He is also a Trustee of Derby City Mission and a Governor of Ridgeway School in Littleover. Before working full-time for Jubilee, he was the General Manager of a company specialising in church sound and audio-visual systems. You can check out his blog at www.grahampyman.com
Matt Waring
Matt is married to Lou, and they have two children, Jordan and Leala. Matt is Managing Director of Derby based couriers Frontier Express. Previously he spent a number of years working for global market leader DHL. Any spare time is spent enjoying sport, both playing and watching. His main area of responsibility in Jubilee is overseeing LifeGroups.
John Batten
John is married to Julie and they have 3 married children and 1 granddaughter. He is a Senior Management Trainer for Morrison's supermarkets. John leads our team of Trustees, oversees our Youth Work and together with Julie runs the church's Marriage Course.
